Software License, Cohort Sprint & Launch Event Terms

1. Software License
Simple Systems Software is licensed as a managed operating system. Access is granted per activated license. The Lifetime Charter Pass offered to live attendees of the launch broadcast is priced at $499/year and is a grandfathered rate that saves $2,000+ per year permanently compared to standard pricing.
2. Pioneer Cohort Sprint
Approved Founding Testers get a white-glove 7-Day Sprint (October 4 – October 11, 2026) to test the engine at no cost. The sprint includes installing a done-for-you missed-call recovery line. If you do not catch at least one job you would have missed within 48 hours, you owe nothing. Sprint participants agree to give an honest review before October 15th and may appear as a featured case study during the launch broadcast.
3. Launch Event Terms
The live virtual reveal happens on October 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM EDT. Access is restricted to registered business operators and approved cohort partners. Vault bonuses — including the turnkey activation demo, grandfathered Charter Pass pricing, and sponsor perk drops — go only to confirmed live attendees who sign into the broadcast.
4. Category Sponsorship
Category Title Sponsor reservations are a flat $499 per industry, limited to one sponsor per category. Sponsorship grants a permanent partner banner inside the app. Reservations are non-refundable once the banner is placed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Simple Systems Software LLC provides the operating system on an "as managed" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the active license term.
