1. Information We Collect
When you submit the VIP Application, we collect your full name, your business name, your cell phone number, your email address, and the role you picked. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages from us.
2. A2P 10DLC Mobile Opt-In
By checking the consent box on the form, you agree to get event updates, access links, and launch news from Simple Systems Software by text message at the cell number you give us. Message and data rates may apply. How often we text varies. You can opt out any time by replying STOP to any message. 3. Third-Party Data Exclusions
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with data brokers. We use your application data only to check if you fit the cohort, send you event access, and give you support. We send text messages only through our authorized messaging partner for the purpose of delivering the messages described above.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep your application data for the length of the Pioneer Cohort program and after that as needed to honor any Charter Pass commitments. You can ask to see, fix, or delete your data any time by contacting the Core Operations Desk.
